Delivery

We offer free express door-to-door delivery throughout Israel.

Your artwork is delivered within 2–3 business days after it is ready.

Please note that each artwork is handcrafted to order and requires 5–7 business days for creation before shipping.

Carefully Packaged

Your artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged to help protect it during delivery.

We take special care with every package so that your artwork arrives safely and beautifully, ready to become part of your home.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your shipping details, including your full address and phone number, are correct when placing your order.

The courier may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange delivery.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of package handoff to the courier service.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to assist you and provide an update.

Damages and Issues During Transit

My Reyzele is responsible for ensuring your artwork arrives safely. If your package or item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at reyzele91@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within the territory of Israel. If you require international shipping, please contact us directly at reyzele91@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss custom shipping rates and timelines.
