At My Reyzele, every artwork is carefully handcrafted and prepared with attention to every detail. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds under the Israel Consumer Protection Law. We want you to feel confident when choosing a piece for your home.
Cancellations & Returns
In accordance with the Israel Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel a purchase of a standard, ready-made item (not custom-made) within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction summary document, provided that the artwork is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at reyzele91@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will review your request and provide instructions on where to send the package.
For cancellations based on customer preference, a statutory cancellation fee applies, amounting to 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the artwork arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Exceptions for Custom-Made Orders
According to Israeli law, the right of cancellation and refund does not apply to artworks and handmade products made to individual customer specifications. This includes custom canvas sizes, personalized paintings, or bespoke crafts created specifically for you. These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reyzele91@gmail.com and send clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. In such cases, we will either provide a complete replacement at our expense or issue a 100% full refund, including all shipping costs, without any cancellation fees.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange the appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once a returned artwork has been received and the applicable conditions for cancellation have been met, the refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with Israeli law.
