Free Express Delivery in Israel

We offer express door-to-door delivery throughout Israel. 2–3 business days after your artwork is ready.

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your shipping details, including your full address and phone number, are correct when placing your order.

The courier may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Each My Reyzele artwork is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping.

Processing Time

Each artwork is handmade to order and requires 5–7 business days for creation before shipping.

Cancellations & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the artwork is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reyzele91@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll be happy to help.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with Israeli law. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
